zhuoyue manufactures replacement screws and barrels for our own twin-screw extruders as well as for other leading twin-screw extruders ranging from 27mm to 93mm. All parts are manufactured in Nanjing at our plant, and our components are guaranteed to be compatible with OEM equipment. Our barrel sleeves are replaceable, resulting in an average of 30% savings when it’s time to change them.

We have several years of experience in supplying wear parts that have processed a wide range of the industry’s most challenging material formulations.  Our experts in processing can recommend screw and barrel materials that are designed to provide the longest product life possible.

The Shaft: 

High strength alloy steel 40CrNiMoA material, composite forging, tempering heat treatment, 350 ~ 380HB, improve the strength and toughness, ensure the transmission of screw torque requirements.

Involute spline design with high carrying capacity.

Through our hard research, we adopts the imported heat-resistant tool steel and also adopts the cold rolling processing to make the spline. The products have been tried by customers, and fully meet the performance and quality requirements of similar high-products imported from abroad.

Core Shaft Material: high-strength alloy steel (40CrNiMoA) material, high strength quality adjustment, hardness 300-350HB, compound forging, improve strength and toughness, ensure the transmission of screw torque.
