Twin screw extruders of Excellence Extruder are widely used in high performance processing equipment in different fields such as plastics, chemical, food and medicine. Twin-screw extruder series include same rotating twin-screw extruder, high torque twin-screw extruder, ultra high torque twin-screw extruder, split twin-screw extruder, laboratory scale extruder, etc.

Compared with twin screw extruder and three screw extruder, single screw extruder has simple structure, low price and convenient operation. The single screw is suitable for plasticizing and extrusion of polymers, as well as extrusion and processing of particles.

Experimental extruders are designed specifically for trial or entry level users, or for small scale production of color masterbatches and some additive masterbatches. The modular design makes it very flexible to cope with different formulations.

Double stage extruder is mainly used for mixing and shearing of thermoplastic, double stage structure is suitable for processing various materials, such as: PVC, XLPE cable material, soft PVC medical material, hard PVC, PE low smoke halogen-free fuel and so on.

zhuoyue manufactures replacement screws and barrels for our own twin-screw extruders as well as for other leading twin-screw extruders ranging from 27mm to 93mm. All parts are manufactured in Nanjing at our plant, and our components are guaranteed to be compatible with OEM equipment.
