Thermoplastic elastomers
Zhuoyue provides advanced extruder for TPE/SBS/TPU/TPR/TPV compounding.
Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), sometimes referred to as thermoplastic rubbers (TPR), are a class of copolymers or a physical mix of polymers (usually a plastic and a rubber) that consist of materials with both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties.
Six Generic Classes of Commercial TPEs
Styrenic block copolymers, TPS (TPE-s)
Thermoplastic polyolefin elastomers, TPO (TPE-o)
Thermoplastic Vulcanizates, TPV (TPE-v or TPV)
Thermoplastic polyurethanes, TPU (TPU)
Thermoplastic copolyester, TPC (TPE-E)
Thermoplastic polyamides, TPA (TPE-A)
Applications
Automotive (Dust cover, Triangular window, Air filter, Hand break, etc.)
Wire and cable (Electric cable, Ignition wire, Headphone wire, Connector plugs, etc.)
Construction & Transportation (Sealing strip, Expansion joint, Metro pads, etc.)
Other Industrial (Drain pipe, Handle, Cup mat, foot pad, Shoes, etc.)
Technical Specifications of Extruder
According to your application & output, there’re many different choice on extruders.
HTS model parameters
The HTS BASIC range uses medium torque transmissions from leading European manufacturers and offers the flexibility of choice through different configuration combinations.
The HTS PLUS series uses a high-torque transmission developed and manufactured in-house by Excellence for applications such as engineering plastics and filled masterbatches.
The HTS SUPPER series adopts Excel's newly developed ultra-high torque transmission, and the structural design of each key component of the extruder has been newly optimized for the high torque and high-speed characteristics of this series, which is also Excel's highest-end extruder series and represents the advanced level of extruder development in China.
ZTE model parameters
ZTE MODEL offers an excellent price/performance ratio and is designed with parameters to suit most materials.
HTE model parameters
This series combines high performance with high cost performance, reducing energy consumption with higher output.
