Brief introduction

The loss-in-weight scale is a kind of automatic weighing equipment to achieve high precision continuous quantitative feeding by means of static weighing. It can provide reliable, accurate and stable feeding of dry and bulk materials such as powder, granule and flake, reduce the waste of materials and improve the consistency of the mixture.

Principle

TSLW loss-in-weight weighing machine uses the weighing hopper and the whole feeding mechanism as a scale for weighing. As the material flows out of the loss-in-weight weighing machine, the control system makes a high-speed, high-frequency acquisition of the weight signal of the scale, which results in the weight reduction of the material in the weighing hopper per unit time. At the same time, the control system will compare this feeding speed with the preset given speed, and the comparison result will be calculated and fed back to the feeding mechanism of the loss-in-weight scale to automatically correct the feeding speed of the feeding mechanism, forming a closed-loop control, so that the actual flow rate is infinitely close to the given flow rate, so as to achieve the control requirements.
