HTS system co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruders

The HTS series of co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruders is the highest level of Zhuoyue in the development of the product range. The machine's high torque and speeo are combined with a higher groove ratio,which can be selected from 1.4 to 1.8,except for special applications. The higher torque and higher groove ratio allow for a higher filling of the material in the screw, which, combined with the high speed, significantly increases the capacity of the machine and reduces energy consumption, thus achieving a double economic benefit.

High-efficiency transmission and power proportioning total solution

The high-torque gearboxes developed and manufactured by Zhuoyue are of symmetrical force-driven structure, different from the traditional parallel three-shaft structure,with high torque, high speed, high precision, and high efficiency, thus targeting the production of resin with the advantages of high output and high quality. During normal operation, the improved transmission efficiency reduces operating noise, improves reliability and safety, and reduces usage and maintenance costs.

The HTS PLUS series uses a high-torque transmission developed and manufactured in-house by Excellence for applications such as engineering plastics and filled masterbatches.

With its torque density of 16.5 and Do/Di ratio of 1.55/1.68, Zhuoyue’s HTS SUPER features the highest free volume at 16.5 torque density in the industry. In addition to its robust construction, this line is coupled with a larger motor size to be a true workhorse for continuous 24/7/365 production

The HTS SUPER series adopts Zhuoyue's newly developed ultra-high torque transmission, and the structural design of each key component of the extruder has been newly optimized for the high torque and high-speed characteristics of this series, which is also Zhuoyue's highest-end extruder series and represents the advanced level of extruder development in China.
